Patrick Hillmann is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Logical Intelligence, where he oversees the company’s operational execution, external affairs, and strategic growth as it brings a new class of AI reasoning systems into enterprise and regulated environments. His work spans partnerships, communications, policy engagement, organizational operations, and the internal infrastructure required to scale a frontier AI company responsibly. He works closely across staffing, legal, finance, and corporate operations to ensure the company’s technology development remains aligned with commercial, regulatory, and operational realities.

Before joining Logical Intelligence, Hillmann served as Global Chief Strategy Officer at Binance, where he led strategy, communications, and government engagement during one of the most scrutinized periods in the digital asset industry. His role focused on helping the company navigate rapidly evolving regulatory and market conditions while strengthening relationships with policymakers, media, and institutional stakeholders globally.

Earlier in his career, Hillmann led Edelman’s global cybersecurity practice and helped oversee the firm’s global crisis and risk practice, advising major multinational tech companies through cyber incidents, geopolitical events, and corporate crises. He was later elevated to Global Head of Innovation after launching one of the communications industry’s earliest large-scale disinformation tracking and analysis platforms. Prior to Edelman, Hillmann held roles at General Electric and the European Commission.
